Community Code of Conduct

By joining AI Workforce Academy, you agree to the following rules. These are in place to protect our students, our content, and the integrity of the learning environment.



1. Behavior Standards

Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated.

Stay on topic
Only share course-related content. Off-topic posts, off-platform drama, and inappropriate comments will be removed.

Do not self-promote
No sales, links, or business promotion unless you have written approval from AI Workforce Academy.

Protect community trust
You may not copy, record, screenshot, or share any prompts, discussions, downloads, templates, or videos outside the platform.

Be responsible
No spamming, misleading information, or anything that creates disruption for others.

2. Platform Terms

Non-transferable access
Your course and community access is for your use only. You may not share login credentials, transfer materials, or allow others to use your account.

Intellectual property rights
All content—prompts, templates, videos, downloads, lessons, frameworks, and community contributions—belongs to AI Workforce Academy. You may not reuse, resell, or repurpose any content in any way without written permission.

Educational use only
The course is for learning purposes. It does not provide legal, financial, business, or medical advice. No results are promised or guaranteed.

3. Enforcement and Consequences

Immediate removal without refund
Breaking any rule may result in your removal from the platform, course, and community—without warning and without refund.

Legal responsibility
You are responsible for your actions. If your behavior causes harm, violates this agreement, or infringes on content rights, AI Workforce Academy may pursue legal action.

No liability to the company or owner
AI Workforce Academy and its owner(s) are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from your actions within the platform.

Right to update terms
We reserve the right to update or revise this Code of Conduct or related terms at any time.

4. Jurisdiction and Legal Governance

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the State of Delaware. Any legal disputes will be resolved under the applicable laws of these jurisdictions.
